STEP-BY-STEP

  • Create your member profile. 
  • Once you've created your member profile, or if you have an existing profile, login here.
  • Be sure to read the rules and regulations and the eligibility requirements.
  • Ensure that you are correctly registered within your market category (i.e Small Market Radio). This will prevent submissions being made in the incorrect classification.
  • After logging in, you will be able to add new submissions and edit them until the closing date.
  • Select the 'enter submission' link in the menu.
  • The cost per submission is $15.00.
  • Select a category and provide a name for the submission so you can recognize it easily later. This is a name used for your purposes only. Judges will not see this title you provide.
  • Fill in the form to provide the information required for the category.
  • You can see all of the submissions you have entered by clicking the view submissions link in the menu. From here you can edit the submissions by clicking on the add/edit photos link and the written submission link.
  • Submissions will not be judged until you declare the submission final, and all submissions not declared final will be disqualified.
  • Once all entries have been submitted, select your payment method. You will have the option to pay by card, or select 'Invoice Me.'
  • Finalists will be announced no later than July 1, 2026.

ENTRY FEE

  • Entry Fees are $15.00 total per entry
  • Entry fees can be processed by utilizing the pay by credit option or "invoice me" button
  • Payment must be received by Georgia Association of Broadcasters before your submissions are considered eligible for competition.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

  • Online submission, including all supporting documentation and payment (arrangements), must be complete by 11:59pm, March 30, 2026.

UPON SUBMISSION

Verification: Upon submission you will receive an email confirmation detailing your submission. This is to include entry titles, categories and entry credits. It is the responsibility of the individual making submissions to spell check all names. Should an award be ordered misspelled at the fault of the entrant, correct GABBYs will be charged to the entrant or requesting party.

JUDGING PROCESS

Judges will bring their professional experience and unique perspectives in deciding which companies deserve top-ranks and coveted awards in each category. Judges will review the submissions, and rate the work against provided criteria through a private, online system. Judging will take place from April 18 - June 19, 2026.

Judging criteria are listed with each category description. The judging panel is comprised of individuals who are knowledgeable and aware about the building industry. All entries are scored based on judging criteria.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS

The full list of GABBY Awards finalists will be announced via email, social media, and press release on or before July 1st.
